An advanced serum with a watery consistency that combines a gentle acid peel and a powerful antioxidant treatment (slowing down the aging processes). The cosmetic has been designed to effectively reduce the problem of discolorations and visible skin aging. With regular use, the skin tone becomes more even, and the skin becomes more elastic and radiant. In addition, the treatment effectively reduces imperfections, and the number of blackheads clearly decreases, contributing to an overall improvement in the skin’s condition.

• have discolorations of various origins (sun-induced, post-inflammatory),
• struggle with an uneven, “dull” skin tone,
• have blackheads and imperfections,
• notice the first signs of aging.

How does it work?

• intensively brightens existing discolorations and limits the formation of new ones,
• gently exfoliates dead epidermis and smooths skin texture,
• has a strong antioxidant effect, neutralizing free radicals,
• unclogs sebaceous gland outlets and reduces the number of blackheads,
• increases skin elasticity.

Effect:

The skin becomes illuminated, refreshed, and regains a healthy glow. With regular use, the skin tone becomes more even, and the visibility of pores is reduced. At the same time, fine lines and imperfections are diminished.

Formula:

A lightweight, watery consistency that allows for easy application and efficient penetration of active ingredients. The product may leave a slightly sticky layer on the skin, which is natural for formulas with such a high concentration of ascorbic acid.

Product contains:

• vitamin C (10% ascorbic acid) - has properties that brighten discolorations caused by many factors, improves skin tone by reducing dullness, neutralizes free radicals, slowing down aging processes, and also stimulates collagen and elastin production, prevents the formation of blackheads, has a soothing effect on inflammatory lesions, which contributes to accelerating regenerative processes,
• mandelic acid 5% - exfoliates the epidermis, effectively brightening epidermal discolorations, unclogs sebaceous gland outlets and limits the formation of blackheads, also has antibacterial properties, which helps minimize imperfections, 
• lactic acid ~5% - an AHA acid with softening and moisturizing effects, it also regulates epidermal exfoliation, evens out skin tone and smooths it, reducing roughness,
• ferulic acid - works synergistically with ascorbic acid, stabilizes the activity of vitamin C and vitamin E, and additionally enhances their action, shows properties very similar to ascorbic acid,
• tranexamic acid - an effective ingredient for reducing discolorations, prevents the formation of new ones, works comprehensively to improve skin brightness and evenness of skin tone, its antioxidant properties reduce the formation of blackheads and combat the activity of free radicals, which are responsible for faster skin aging.

Application method: 

The application method of the product determines its effectiveness. The product’s purpose is divided into 2 groups, thanks to which C-ACID can be treated as a periodic treatment or a serum for year-round application. The product leaves a slightly sticky finish on the skin.
Warning! C-ACID is a highly active product, therefore in some people it may cause skin dryness, especially around the nose and mouth. In that case, we recommend applying the product only to areas affected by discolorations. Regardless of the application method, use SPF min. 50 throughout the entire period of using C-ACID and for at least one month after finishing it. To prevent discolorations, it is recommended to use SPF min. 50 all year round.

1. Rapid discoloration reduction - apply C-ACID to cleansed, dry skin every evening for about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, stop using the product and give your skin time to regenerate. You can repeat the 2-week treatment or move on to using C-ACID in the form of a serum.  
2. Gradual discoloration reduction - apply C-ACID to cleansed, dry skin in the evening 2-3 times a week. After applying C-ACID, wait about 15 minutes before applying a cream, or do not apply other products. 

Note! When opening the product, a characteristic gas sound may be heard, which is a natural phenomenon for products with vitamin C.
