SkinTra - C-Acid - a treatment that provides comprehensive skin care in the form of a liquid, water-based serum for use on the face, neck and décolleté. The formula contains a unique combination of AHA acids at a concentration of 10%, ascorbic acid at a concentration of 10% and tranexamic and ferulic acid. This advanced combination of active ingredients makes the product a gentler counterpart to the bestsellers SkinTra, Light Your Skin and Destructor acid peel. Vitamin C in high concentration is a key element of the treatment, and in combination with ferulic acid it acts as a powerful antioxidant. They neutralize the damaging effects of free radicals, which promotes the reduction of signs of aging. In addition, tranexamic acid, known for its anti-inflammatory properties, and again ferulic acid, show synergistic effects and enhance the effectiveness of vitamin C. With regular use, the skin acquires an even tone and becomes radiant. In addition, the treatment effectively reduces the occurrence of acne, and the number of blackheads decreases significantly, contributing to an improvement in the overall condition of the skin. This unique skin care solution is a simple and effective prevention against hyperpigmentation.
Product contains:
- vitamin C (10% ascorbic acid) - has properties that lighten hyperpigmentation caused by many factors, improves skin tone, reducing sallowness, fights free radicals, slowing down the aging process, and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin, prevents the formation of blackheads, has anti-inflammatory properties, which contributes to accelerating regenerative processes,
- mandelic acid 5% - exfoliates the epidermis, so it effectively lightens the discoloration of the epidermis, unblocks the sebaceous gland outlets and reduces the formation of blackheads, it also has an antibacterial effect, which contributes to minimizing acne ,
- lactic acid ~5% - AHA acid with emollient and moisturizing effects, also regulates epidermal exfoliation, evens skin tone and smooths the skin, reducing roughness,
- ferulic acid - works synergistically with ascorbic acid, stabilizes the activity of vitamin C and vitamin E, and further enhances their action, shows properties very similar to ascorbic acid,
- tranexamic acid - an effective ingredient that levels discoloration, prevents the formation of new discoloration, works comprehensively, improving the brightness and evenness of skin tone, its antioxidant properties, condition the reduction of the formation of blackheads and fighting the work of free radicals, which are responsible for faster aging of the skin.

How to use: The method of application of the product is an indicator of its effectiveness. The purpose of the product is divided into 2 groups, thanks to which C-ACID can be treated as a periodic treatment or serum for application throughout the year. The productleaves a slightly sticky finish on the skin.
Note: C-ACID is a highly active product, so in some people it may cause dry skin, especially around the nose and mouth. In that case, we recommend applying the product to the area affected by hyperpigmentation. Regardless of the method of application, use SPF min. 50 throughout the entire period of C-ACID application and at least one month afterwards. To prevent hyperpigmentation, it is recommended to use SPF min. 50 throughout the year.
- Quickly reduce hyperpigmentation - apply C-ACID to dry and cleansed skin every evening for about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, discontinue application of the product and give the skin time to regenerate. You can repeat the 2-week treatment or switch to C-ACID applications in serum form.
- Gradual reduction of hyperpigmentation - apply C-ACID to dry and cleansed skin in the evening 2-3 times a week. After applying C-ACID, wait about 15 minutes to apply cream or do not apply other products.
Note: When opening the product, a characteristic gas sound may be heard, which is a natural phenomenon for products with vitamin C.
