HEVEBLUE - Penta Berry Panthenol Repair Concealer - 17-21 Vanilla - a concealer for under the eyes that can also be used locally on imperfections. Its color is a light neutral vanilla beige, typical for shades marked with numbers 17-21 in Korean cosmetics. It has a lightweight formula, natural finish, and medium coverage. The active ingredients make the product not only a camouflage but also care for the skin. A high content of 31.5% heartleaf extract and 0.5% panthenol give it anti-inflammatory, moisturizing, and regenerating effects. The composition is complemented by berry fruit extracts, which brighten the skin and add vitality. The concealer is enclosed in convenient packaging with a wand applicator.
