Round Lab - Mugwort Calming Toner - a facial toner with a moisturizing and soothing effect. Appropriately selected extracts of mugwort, mugwort and sugarcane , among others, effectively soothe, moisturize and condition the epidermis. Panthenol is said to soothe irritation, soothe the epidermis and regenerate it, as is madecassoside. The tonic will be ideal for sensitive skin.
