VT Cosmetics - Cica No-Sebum Mild Powder - a loose powder. Absorbs excess sebum, smooths the skin, has a mattifying effect, but does not dry it out. Plant-derived ingredient - sodium octenyl succinate aluminum salt minimizes excess sebum. The seboregulating effect is balanced with moisturizing ingredients such as Centella Asiatica extract, sodium hyaluronate, and panthenol. The addition of ceramides to the formula prevents excessive dryness of the skin. The package includes a can to apply the product.
