Smoothing conditioner with lamellar water technology
A liquid conditioner formulated with lamellar water technology. Initially liquid, it transforms into a pleasant, creamy emulsion when in contact with damp hair strands, generating a gentle warmth during the process. It's an excellent pre-event, instant treatment for important outings as well as a way to quickly care for your hair during a speedy shower.
For whom?
For dry, damaged, and frizzy hair. For matte hair that is difficult to detangle and tends to tangle.
How does it work?
Intensively smooths, adds shine, and exceptional softness.
Effect:
Makes detangling and styling easier, without weighing hair down. Provides a banquet effect that will delight those with matte, rough, and tangle-prone hair.
Formula:
The packaging with applicator ensures convenient use. Who Is She? may freeze at sub-zero temperatures (e.g., in transit), which can cause a change in consistency to an emulsion. When brought to room temperature, it returns to its liquid form while retaining its properties.
Product contains:
- oil ingredients - replenish lipids in the hair shaft, provide intense smoothing, condition, and add shine.

Application method: After shampooing, apply to damp hair, avoiding the scalp. Massage for 5-8 seconds to create a light emulsion, then rinse. Avoid contact with eyes. The accompanying warmth during application is a normal phenomenon. Use once every 7-10 days.
