Haruharu Wonder - Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner - a facial toner with a moisturizing effect. Betaine, together with beta-glucan are responsible for epidermal regeneration, hydration and support the functioning of the hydrolipid barrier of the skin. Key rice extract is said to soothe irritation, has antioxidant and anti-aging effects. Ginseng root extract in duo with Baikal Thyroid root extract have antibacterial, soothing and smoothing effects.
Product contains:
- betaine - binds water in the epidermis, maintains hydration, soothes irritation and accelerates epidermal regeneration,
- rice extract - has a shielding effect, soothes inflammation, anti-aging, inhibits free radical activity,
- ginseng root extract - neutralizes free radicals, supports collagen and elastin synthesis, as a result, slows down skin aging processes, softens, smoothens the skin, tones restoring the skin's hydrolipidic balance,
- baikal thyroid root extract - exhibits anti-inflammatory, soothing, antibacterial and astringent properties,
- beta-glucan - improves the elasticity of the epidermis, levels irritation, supports the functioning of the hydrolipid barrier of the skin.

How to use: After washing your face, moisten a cotton ball with toner, spread evenly over your face and gently pat in.
