COSRX - Hydrium Watery Toner - a highly moisturizing skin toner. It contains panthenol, which soothes and further moisturizes and soothes irritation. The addition of five types of hyaluronic acid, binds water in the epidermis, thus maintaining the appropriate level of skin hydration. Product for all skin types, especially dehydrated skin.

How to use: Apply a small amount of tonic on cleansed facial skin with your hand or a cotton ball.
