VT Cosmetics - Reedle Shot Synergy Sparkling Toner - a facial toner that provides refreshment and hydration to the skin. The formula contains CICA complex consisting of Centella Asiatica and substances isolated from it, which have anti-inflammatory, moisturizing and irritation-soothing properties. The addition of hyaluronic acid and arginine intensifies the moisturizing effect, and mint leaf extract gives a pleasant feeling of freshness.
