VT Cosmetics - Reedle Shot Synergy Sparkling Toner Pad - facial pads that restore the skin's pH balance. In the composition of the essence, which the pads are soaked in, there is an extract of common purslane that has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and brightening properties. The addition of tea tree leaf extract regulates sebum secretion, while panthenol and betaine soothe and moisturize the skin. The whole is completed by CICAHYALON™ complex, which is based on Centella Asiatica and hyaluronic acid. It exhibits moisturizing and soothing effects and promotes epidermal regeneration.
